Helpful Resources
At Mail-O-Matic, we want to do more than just produce a highly successful direct mailing campaign for you. We want to make it as easy and stress-free for you as possible. Here are some suggestions for things you can do to help ensure that your project is completed on schedule, on budget and as you envisioned it.
We highly recommend you come visit us for a free consultation. While you are here, we can arrange a tour of the Mail-O-Matic plant for you. By familiarizing yourself about our production process, you will be able to design your projects more efficiently and more creatively.
Plan for realistic time lines. Please be sure to give yourself and your suppliers sufficient time to complete the various proofing and production tasks. Doing so will reduce stress.
Once production has begun, please be sure to send enough material. This is for backup in case some material is spoiled during shipping, setup and production.
Be sure to use properly sized envelopes. Using an envelope window wide enough to fit your addresses and supplying any additional Canada Post letter carrier codes or US Postal Service automation codes will make delivery much more efficient.
